Preconception to birthing, how are we creating our children?

In society today not much thought is given to consciously co-creating our children. A large number of babies today are unplanned and accidental, with no consideration given to their conception. In some cases the couples are happy and stable in their relationship, which works in the child's favour of course; however, in other cases babies are conceived in loveless situations, out of pure carnal pleasure; what could this mean for the child? By all means, if a child is planned, parents may do some research into the dos and don'ts of pre-conception and pregnancy, is this enough? Is there more that can be done to ensure our children are born as healthy as can be, not only physically but mentally; emotionally and spiritually?

Healthy Living In Preparation

Prior to pregnancy mothers-to-be should maintain a healthy diet and ensure an adequate intake of necessary vitamins and minerals by eating a variety of fresh fruit and vegetables as well as a healthy intake of carbohydrates. It is also recommended that women that smoke should quit before trying to conceive. Alcohol should be kept to an absolute minimum and drugs should be avoided at all costs. Biding by these guidelines before and during pregnancy will work towards creating a physically healthy baby. Now, what of the other aspects of our human nature?

Consciously Co-Creating Our Children

Russian author Vladimir Megre has written The Ringing Cedars Series published by The Ringing Cedars Press 1996; based on the teachings of Anastasia, a woman living in the wilds of the Siberian forests. According to Anastasia, couples should consciously co-create with a deep awareness of their future child prior to conception and to create a “space of love” for the child. She goes into much detail on how and where children should be conceived and how we should be living on our earth, but even if we were to take just these two examples from her we could possibly create children that are far healthier mentally, emotionally and spiritually. She further explains that the body should purely be doing that which is necessary to physically create the child, whilst the conscious thought is that which holds the child in awareness and love and brings the child to conception. Once the child is conceived parents need be further aware of their thoughts and actions and the impact they will have on their child.

The Effects Of Thoughts On Water

Japanese researcher, Dr Emoto, has provided factual evidence in his books Messages from Water 1 and 2 published by Hado Publishing June 1999 and Sunmark Publishing November 2001; that human thoughts, ideas, music, and vibrational energy have an effect on the molecular structure of water. He developed a technique using a powerful microscope, a cold room and high speed photography to capture images of newly frozen water crystals. He did a series of experiments including photographing water exposed to different types of music, concentrated thought and water from springs opposed to polluted water. “He found that water from clear springs and water that has been exposed to loving words shows brilliant, complex and colourful snowflake patterns. In contrast, polluted water, or water exposed to negative thoughts forms incomplete, asymmetrical patterns with dull colours.”

The Effects Of Water On Our Babies

With this in mind, consider the fact that an unborn child spends nine months growing and developing surrounded by water, now; consider the effects of the mother's vibrational energy and thoughts upon the unborn child; it would then make sense that child-rearing begins long before the child is born. A mother who is consciously aware of her unborn child and guards against aggression, negative thoughts and unloving actions or responses toward others would then be more likely to bear a non-aggressive, kind and loving child.

The Energy Of Love

We, as parents, have a responsibility to our children, to create a space of love, honour and respect wherein they are free to express themselves fully and freely, free from aggression; negative thoughts and unloving actions. We, as parents, have the responsibility to ensure our children are surrounded by the energy of love from preconception to birth and beyond. Then will we create a world that is truly inheritable to our Children.
