The first thirteen weeks of pregnancy comprises the first trimester. Find out more about the development of the baby from conception into the fetal period.

Here is a look at Trimester One of Pregnancy in a week by week format. Each week includes a look at what is happening to your baby, what is happening to you, what you are feeling and a helpful to do list.

Pregnancy Week One
