It is possible you could be pregnant - as much as 3 weeks by now. You are not late yet and many women do not get nausea until about 6 weeks.
When you say "pain" is it more like cramping?
Here are links to my pregnancy week 2 and 3 to help you.

A home pregnancy test would likely give you a false negative but you could have a blood test done if you wanted. Or wait a week or two and take a home pregnancy test.

Yes, the pain is like cramping. I usually get cramps on the morning of my first day of my period. I started to take my temperature this morning to chart it, just in case if I'm not pregnant.
I will wait until two weeks to take a home pregnancy test if I don't get my period. I'm so excited, since this will be my first child with my fiance.
Thanks Brenda,
Ally

I had the same thing with my pregnancies. I jumped the gun and took home pregnancy tests - it was too early for the hCG to show up so they came up negative - even though I actually WAS pregnant - just very early ![]()
Keep us posted in a few weeks - we'll be keeping fingers crossed!

It was wishful thinking. Negative, not pregnant. :-(
We can only try and try again.

Remember your hormones have been supressed while you are on the pill! Your body is probably getting ready to ovulate soon and maybe that is happening now. Do you have any other signs like egg white-ish discharge?

Oh dear ! I hope not. Maybe you just need to get your body regulated a bit and once that happens, you will feel better. I have always heard that it takes about 3 months for your body to get back to normal when you have not ovulated for awhile.
