I am 21 weeks along and had a Ultra Sound done and was told the baby already weighed a 1 pound and the baby is bigger then average, how worried should I be about that, if she already weighs that know what will she be when I give birth?

Ultrasound is notorious for being less than 100% accurate. Sizes are based on averages - so if your baby has slightly longer legs, it will throw off the measurements and make it look like your baby weighs more as well!

I would not worry at all. Even if it turns out that your baby is bigger than average, you can still have a vaginal birth in almost every situation.
