» Vailpass - Losing a twin to suicide

I lost my twin sister to suicide on Easter of this year. I feel like I have to be strong for my mom and that even if I do want or need to cry what is the reason to? It is not going to bring her back and it is not going to make anything better. But, I would give anything in the world to bring her back, even if it was just to tell her how much I loved her.

Hi my name is Elise I'm 27 on 6-13-07 I lost my twin sister Denise to an overdose I'm having a hard time imagining life without her we were very close we talked on a daily basis

Elise,

I cannot even fathom the depth of your grief. I am so deeply sorry for your loss of your sister.

I know when times get really hard for me, only a few things make life bearable. I do find great comfort in both prayer and talking to a close friend. Sometimes even a counselor who can listen and understand is also great resource.

Do you need help finding resources or do you have them? I would be glad to help you in any way I can.
