I took this stuff at 7:00 p.m. 1 teaspoon only mixed in a sunny delight beverage. It didn't taste bad at all. It was tasteless, it did bead up though. It actually worked so fast I delivered my daughter at 38 weeks in the front seat of my boyfriends car in front of the emergency room doors.I was woken by my first contraction at 1:45 a.m. and had her at 2:30 a.m. in the morning. I would do it all over agin!
