hi im 38wks and 3days preg and have had such a horrible pregnancy i realy need to get it over with, also cant wait to have him in my arms, does anyone know wether i could be medically induced befor my due date?

That all depends on several factors. One thing that is tricky is that if your due date is slightly off and you are actually closer to 37 weeks, the baby's lungs can be immature at birth. This can result in the baby requiring to stay in the NICU for several days until he/she can breathe well on their own.

Unless you have an overiding medical indication, it is typically better for both you and your baby to wait until your due date or later for an induction.
