I am so sorry for your grief. This does get better over time but your pain is real and can feel overwhelming at times. Do you have family and friends to support you? What about a counselor, support group or a pastor? It's virtually impossible to experience something like this without some help Ann.

I so sorry for your loss. I know that this must be so difficult for you because not only was she your sister, but your twin. There is something about the bond of twins. I hope that you seek out someone to talk to you. You may never get over the loss, but you will be able to go on with your life and regain happiness. Please ask for help, you should not go through this alone.
I'll pray for your strength

Ann,I'm sorry for your loss. I know how you feel. I lost a brother a seven years ago. I went through similar feelings. I wasn't suicidal, but I didn't feel the strength to live either. It is hard to go on with life, but trust me it will get better. You can speak with a therapist about the way you feel, and you can speak to your family about it as well. And of course, you can speak with me if you want to. I am deeply sorry for your loss, just stay strong, and think of it like this: your twin's spirit is free. Whether you are religious or not, think of it that way. It helped me through my brother's death, and I'm sure it will help you as well. The body imprisons our spirit, but when we die, our spirit is set free. Hopefully, that helps you. Give it a try.
