- Am I Having a Miscarriage!?
Your symptoms definitely require that you be seen by a doctor or primary care provider as soon as possible. It is very hard for anyone to diagnose a miscarriage based on your symptoms without some testing and discussion.

In response to I'm worried posted by feebee_2006:
Did you ever find out if you were having a miscarriage. A friend of mine is having the same symptoms and is afraid she may be having a miscarriage also. The only thing is that she also has fibroids so she is wondering which is causing the brownish-black discharge with small clots. She also said it does not smell like blood from her menstrual cycle, the flow is irregular and it has been happening for almost three weeks.

I cannot give you any advice about what your health situation might be. Please consult with a pregnancy clinic if you do not get your period.

- Please help
Some moms do have some spotting in the early weeks and continue to carry their pregnancy to term. If you are not cramping and continuing to bleed, you may be fine.
Check in with your care provider as soon as you are able to put your mind at ease.
