» undertones - i can't tell..

i can't tell whether i'm pregnant or not. i'm getting symptoms but it could be one of many things that's happening to me... my temperature is higher (i haven't slept in two days due to high caffeine intake), my lower back hurts (could be my horrible mattress and bad diet/exercise)... i'm always tired, bloated, and irritable. my breasts are sensitive, there's an excessive amount of discharge, and when i wake up .. well, it takes just about forever to wake up. i don't know, i could be sick.. but i'm very young and i'm scared to death. what should i do if i am pregnant?
