Hiya
I had a c-section nearly 4 years ago. That overhang does recede a lot but never completely goes im afraid but you do learn to live with it. My friend who is a lot more toned than I am says she still has hers but it is less noticeable.
The pain you are experiencing sounds very familiar. There you are with a babe latching on (which can be painful until you both get used to it), trying to get your tummy comfy and having crampy pains as well! I remember it well! and im just about to have my second in April the same way!!
I remember the bleeding too. It got worse for me the more I tried to do so rest as much as you can.
