Hi Anjum -
Weight gain in pregnancy is hard to lose for many women, especially if you gained a lot. The shaking belly will get smaller eventually but you also have to get out and do some exercise like walking or yoga. I had my c over two years ago and it took about 6 or 7 months for the pain to go away completely. My scar is a lot smaller now than it was after I had my daughter. It's still noticeable, but much less so.
A C-section is a big thing and it will take your body some time to heal and recover. I think eventually you will be okay, especially if you eat healthy foods and make sure to exercise.
Good luck!
